This tracker can be used in several ways. It can be used as a monthly tracker, printing out one for each month. Or as a check-in, filling in the beginning and ending balances periodically (i.e., quarterly/ yearly). Or you can just use it to record all sinking fund categories and annual subscriptions, to keep track of the amounts and due dates; whatever works for you!
